About
Coaching from inside entrepreneurial life.
A small private practice for people who carry a lot, at the moments when carrying it the same way no longer works.
01Background
The view from the decision-maker’s chair.
Before coaching, I spent years as an entrepreneur. I know the particular weight of being the one who decides: the visibility, the constant judgement calls, the way a company’s mood can quietly become your own. I also know how rarely there is anywhere to put that weight down.
For three years I was a member of EO, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, and I still value the forum experience. Peer forums create powerful conversations. But some things are hard to say even among peers, and those are often the things that matter most.
02Why turning points
Not only something I studied.
I have lived through my own transitions: periods when the old answers stopped working before new ones were visible, and when what looked like a business question turned out to be a question about who I wanted to be.
I don’t share that as a qualification. I share it because it shapes how I listen. I know that the hardest part of a turning point is often not the decision itself, but hearing yourself clearly enough to make it.
“The hardest part of a turning point is often not the decision itself, but hearing yourself clearly enough to make it.”
03How I work
Direct, curious, and on your agenda.
I work with a deliberately small number of clients, so that each one has my full attention. Sessions are private, one-to-one and held by video call.
I won’t give you a formula for your life. I’ll listen closely, ask the questions that are difficult to ask yourself, say what I notice, and trust you to do something real with it. The answers stay yours. The aim is that you can hear them.
