Terms

Last updated 2026-10-09.2

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to coaching services booked through coachelsea.com. Coach Chelsea is the name of a private coaching practice operated by Ichii GmbH, Kollwitzstraße 76, 10435 Berlin, Germany (“we”), email info@ichii.de. Full company details are in the legal notice.

2. Services

Private Clarity Session: one 75-minute, one-to-one coaching session held on Zoom. Price: €250, paid once. €250 is the total amount you pay; how VAT applies is explained in section 4. There is no further commitment.

3-Month and 6-Month Private Coaching: structure, number of sessions and fees are agreed individually in writing before work begins. These terms apply unless that agreement says otherwise.

3. How the contract is concluded

The description of the session on this website is not a binding offer. On the session page you confirm that you have read these terms and the withdrawal information and give the request described in section 7. You are then taken to the secure checkout of our payment provider Stripe, where you can review and correct your details. By clicking the button “Pay” you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when your payment has been completed successfully, which is confirmed to you on screen.

We then send you a confirmation by email containing the order details, these terms and the withdrawal information. The contract language is English. You can print or save these terms at any time on this page.

4. Price and payment

The price of €250 is the total amount payable. Payment is processed by Stripe. The available payment methods are shown in the checkout, for example card payment. The fee is due when you order. You receive a receipt and an invoice by email.

In the checkout you can state that you are buying for a company and enter its name, billing address and VAT ID. VAT is then applied according to the place-of-supply rules for your billing details. For consumers, and for business customers in Germany, the price includes German VAT. For business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT ID, and in other countries where reverse charge applies, the service is invoiced without German VAT under the reverse-charge procedure. For business customers outside the EU, German VAT is generally not charged. The tax treatment that applies to your order is shown in the checkout and on your invoice.

5. Scheduling and how sessions take place

Straight after payment you choose a time on the booking page; the link is also in your confirmation email. Sessions take place on Zoom. Your Zoom link is in the calendar invitation and in the booking confirmation. You need a device with a stable internet connection and a quiet, private place to talk. Sessions are not recorded.

6. Rescheduling, cancellation and missed sessions

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session, using the link in your booking confirmation or by replying to it. If you cancel in time, your payment is refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not attend, the session is treated as used. Genuine emergencies are handled case by case. Your statutory right of withdrawal (section 7) is not affected.

If we have to cancel a session, you choose a new time or receive a full refund, as you prefer.

Please book your time within 60 days of payment. If that is not possible for you, simply let us know.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in the withdrawal information. You can withdraw using the withdrawal function on this website.

Because sessions can often take place within the 14-day withdrawal period, we ask you before payment to expressly request that the session may take place during that period and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the session has been fully delivered. If you withdraw after the session has begun, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided.

8. What coaching is, and what it is not

Coaching is a professional service focused on reflection, clarity, goals, decisions, patterns, and personal and professional development. The coach listens, asks, reflects and challenges; the conversation follows your agenda.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment or diagnosis, and it is not crisis intervention. Nor is it legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Coaching does not replace care from an appropriately licensed professional where such care is needed.

Every coaching process depends on many factors, so particular results cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, during and after the coaching.

9. When coaching is not the right support

Coaching is not suitable in an acute crisis or if your health or safety is at risk. In that case, please contact a doctor or the emergency services (112 in the EU) straight away. If it becomes clear during our work that another form of support would serve you better, this will be said openly.

10. Confidentiality

Everything you share in sessions is treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law. Sessions are not recorded. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, that is obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely; this liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
